Relaxing / Deep Tissue Massage
Relaxation massage is a smooth, gentle treatment that relieves muscular tension, increases circulation, and promotes a general sense of tranquility. The pressure used is usually light to moderate, making it the perfect technique for those who prefer a gentle touch.
Deep tissue massage targets chronic tension in muscles that can lie far below the body's surface.
​Deep muscle techniques involve deep slow strokes, direct firm pressure or friction movements that go across the muscle grain. This technique breaks up scar tissue and breaks down muscle adhesions(known as knots).
Chakra Opening Massage
A growing popular treatment is the Chakra Balancing Massage, which includes deep-tissue massage, foot reflexology, and subtle energy work. This body work connects clients with the familiarity of massage, while introducing them to aspects of energy work.
As a result, clients leave feeling a wonderful appreciation for the connection between their mind, body, and spirit; and in turn a path for their healing journey.
